223 | Contemporary house along Terraglio

A house with modern lines replaces a three-story 1960s building along the Terraglio on the outskirts of Treviso. The project consists of the demolition of the old building and the construction ex-novo of a two-story multi-housing building. The entrance leads to the large and bright living area with living and kitchen served by the large windows overlooking the outdoor garden. The large window on the staircase brings the atmosphere of sunset light inside. NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Bulding) type building with technological systems designed in detail to give maximum performance in terms of comfort and energy efficiency. The project was executed in collaboration with BTA Architects, which took care of the architectural design part and the management of the administrative process.
