Interior concept design and 3D visualization for the new lobby and restaurant of the US Bank Tower in downtown Phoenix, Arizona.

Unit Studio developed the design and visual presentation of the shared arrival and hospitality spaces, shaping a contemporary environment that combines reception, circulation and dining experience within the base of the tower.

The project focused on creating a clear and welcoming identity for the building through the redesign of the lobby and the integration of a restaurant space, balancing functionality, atmosphere and visual coherence.

Through 3D visualization, the intervention was presented as a refined and lively destination where workplace experience and hospitality come together in a contemporary urban setting.
