Harland Brewery Interior Concept Design | Kimco

Interior concept design and 3D visualization for Harland Brewery, a craft brewery and restaurant concept developed within Union Market Brickyard in Mesa, Arizona.

Created for Kimco in partnership with Studio Misfits, the project was part of the wider Union Market vision: a curated shopping and dining destination designed to bring together food, retail and leisure concepts in a distinctive shared environment.

Unit Studio developed and visualized the brewery’s interior and exterior spaces, shaping the venue around its craft beer production. The brewing equipment became the focal point of the concept, turning the production process into a visible part of the customer experience.

The visual materials helped communicate the atmosphere, spatial organization and identity of the brewery before realization, supporting the presentation of the project within the broader Union Brickyard development.
